Ferrous Bisglycinate 60 mg + Zinc Bisglycinate 15 mg + Folic Acid 1 mg + Methylcobalamin 500 mcg
Product Description
Redwin-XT is a prescription haematinic and antianaemic formulation designed to support red blood cell formation and nutritional correction in iron-deficiency states. It combines chelated iron, zinc, folic acid, and vitamin B12 in a balanced tablet form, making it suitable for physician-guided management of anemia and related deficiency conditions.
Composition
Each film-coated tablet contains:
- Ferrous Bisglycinate equivalent to Elemental Iron 60 mg
- Zinc Bisglycinate equivalent to Elemental Zinc 15 mg
- Folic Acid IP 1 mg
- Methylcobalamin IP 500 mcg
Mechanism of Action
Redwin-XT works through a multi-nutrient approach:
- Ferrous Bisglycinate supplies iron required for hemoglobin synthesis and oxygen transport. Being a chelated form, it is generally considered well tolerated and absorbed efficiently.
- Folic Acid supports DNA synthesis and the formation of healthy red blood cells.
- Methylcobalamin helps in maturation of red blood cells and supports normal neurological function.
- Zinc Bisglycinate contributes to cellular metabolism, enzyme activity, and tissue support, helping overall nutritional recovery.
Together, these ingredients help address deficiency-related anemia under medical supervision.
