2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NervSync™ Softgel Capsules represent a precisely engineered, 9-component neuroprotective formulation designed to support peripheral and central nervous system health. The product synergistically combines bioactive B-vitamins (Methylcobalamin, Benfotiamine, Pyridoxine HCl, Folic Acid), a potent antioxidant duo (Alpha Lipoic Acid + Selenomethionine), a neuro-metabolic agent (Inositol), and essential trace minerals (Chromium Polynicotinate, Zinc Monomethionine) — delivering comprehensive nerve repair, regeneration, and protection in a single, convenient softgel capsule.
NervSync™ is indicated for patients suffering from diabetic peripheral neuropathy, chemotherapy-induced neuropathy, vitamin B12 deficiency, and other conditions associated with nerve damage, tingling, numbness, or weakness. It is particularly valuable in patients with metabolic syndrome, where insulin resistance and oxidative stress compound neurological damage. The softgel formulation ensures enhanced bioavailability of fat-soluble actives, making it a superior choice over conventional tablet-based B-complex formulations.

3. MECHANISM OF ACTION
Methylcobalamin (Bioactive Vitamin B12)
The neurologically active form of Vitamin B12, Methylcobalamin participates directly in methylation reactions critical for myelin sheath synthesis. Unlike cyanocobalamin, it does not require hepatic conversion, ensuring immediate CNS bioavailability. It promotes axonal regeneration, enhances nerve conduction velocity, and supports remyelination of damaged peripheral nerves.
Benfotiamine (Fat-soluble Thiamine Derivative)
Benfotiamine crosses nerve cell membranes 5× more efficiently than water-soluble thiamine. It activates the pentose phosphate pathway, redirecting glucose away from damaging biochemical routes (AGE formation, PKC activation, oxidative stress) that cause diabetic neuropathy. It directly protects endoneural vasculature and reduces NF-κB mediated neuroinflammation.
Alpha Lipoic Acid (Universal Antioxidant)
A unique antioxidant active in both aqueous and lipid environments, ALA neutralises reactive oxygen species (ROS) in nerve tissues, regenerates other antioxidants (Vitamins C, E, Glutathione), chelates toxic metals, and improves glucose uptake in peripheral tissues via GLUT4 translocation. It reduces neuropathic pain scores and improves sensory nerve function.
Inositol
Myoinositol depletion is a hallmark of diabetic neuropathy, leading to impaired Na+/K+-ATPase activity and reduced nerve conduction. Supplementation with Inositol restores intraneuronal myoinositol levels, corrects sodium-potassium pump function, and improves nerve signal transmission speed in peripheral axons.
Chromium Polynicotinate
Chromium enhances insulin receptor sensitivity, reduces insulin resistance, and lowers postprandial blood glucose excursions. Polynicotinate form provides superior bioavailability over picolinate. By improving glycaemic control, it indirectly reduces the glucotoxic damage driving diabetic neuropathy.
Selenomethionine
Selenium is an essential cofactor for glutathione peroxidase, the primary enzymatic antioxidant in neural tissue. Selenomethionine protects peripheral nerve axons from lipid peroxidation, supports thyroid hormone metabolism (critical for myelin maintenance), and has demonstrated neuroprotective effects in both peripheral and central nervous systems.
Zinc Monomethionine
Zinc plays a central role in neuronal signal transduction, DNA repair, and antioxidant enzyme (Cu-Zn SOD) function. Monomethionine form ensures optimal absorption. Zinc deficiency is associated with peripheral neuropathy and cognitive decline; supplementation supports synaptic plasticity and nerve growth factor (NGF) synthesis.
Pyridoxine HCl (Vitamin B6)

NervSync™ | Multi-Neuroprotective Softgel Capsules | Madhiya Healthcare
An essential cofactor in amino acid metabolism and neurotransmitter synthesis (serotonin, dopamine, GABA). B6 supports myelin formation and is critical for the conversion of homocysteine to cysteine — reducing homocysteine-mediated neurovascular damage.
Folic Acid
Folic acid reduces elevated plasma homocysteine levels (a major independent risk factor for neuropathy and cardiovascular disease), supports DNA synthesis in Schwann cells responsible for myelin production, and works synergistically with Methylcobalamin in one-carbon metabolic pathways.
